2. Scope of Services
WeCare Bookkeeping provides remote bookkeeping, QuickBooks support, consulting, training, clean-up, and catch-up services designed for small businesses. In addition, we will outline the scope and pricing in a personalized service agreement before any work begins. This ensures clarity from the start of our relationship.
3. Communication and Support
We offer unlimited email and phone support to active clients. Clients can schedule regular check-ins as part of their service plan. In most cases, we respond to all inquiries within one business day to keep communication efficient and consistent.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service delivery, you agree to provide timely, complete, and accurate financial documents and access to systems necessary for us to perform our services. You are also responsible for maintaining access to any third-party software subscriptions, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Consultations
We offer one free, no-obligation consultation per business. However, if you require additional sessions, we may provide a separate quote based on the time and support involved.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellations
As a small team, we appreciate advance notice when changes are needed. As a result, we can manage our time more effectively and continue serving all clients with care and efficiency.
7. Billing and Payment
We bill our services at a flat monthly rate, due on the 1st of each month unless otherwise agreed. You must submit payment upfront. Additionally, we may provide a separate quote for any extra services requested. If payment is delayed, we reserve the right to pause service after 10 days past the due date.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, graphics, branding—is the property of WeCare Bookkeeping or its licensors. For this reason, you may not copy, reproduce, or share any materials without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
WeCare Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping and advisory support, but we are not a CPA firm and do not provide legal or tax filing services. As such, all services and content are offered “as is” without guarantees. Therefore, clients are responsible for making final financial decisions based on the information provided. 10. Limitation of Liability
These WeCare Bookkeeping Terms and Conditions limit our liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our website or services. Furthermore, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid in the previous month. This helps ensure clear boundaries that protect both your rights and ours.
11. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to ensure your data is handled securely, including encrypted file-sharing and access controls. However, third-party system failures are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee full protection against those breaches.
12. Governing Law
In accordance with applicable law, we operate under the laws of the United States and the state where WeCare Bookkeeping is registered.
