We’ll ask a few focused questions to learn about your business, current setup, and goals. Then we’ll recommend the right services, walk you through the setup process, and give you clear pricing — all tailored to what you actually need.

Do I have to sign a contract?

We charge a flat monthly fee based on your business needs — no hourly billing, no surprise fees. It works like a recurring membership, with services delivered every month. Payment is due on the 1st, and your reports are delivered within 10 business days after month-end.

How do I provide my financial information?

If your QuickBooks is up to date, you can grant us secure access to speed things up. Otherwise, we’ll ask for your last 3 months of bank, credit card, and loan statements. You’ll get a secure upload link, and once we have your files, we’ll review everything and send a detailed quote — usually within 24 hours.

Will I work with the same person each month?

What’s included in monthly bookkeeping?

Each plan includes transaction categorization, account reconciliations, monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet), CPA coordination, unlimited support, and year-end prep. Everything is designed to keep your books clean and ready when it matters most.

Do you handle payables and receivables?

Yes — we can manage bill pay and invoicing, including entering bills, sending invoices, processing payments, and managing collections with your approval. These services are optional and fully customizable.

Will you handle my taxes?

We don’t prepare taxes directly, but we work closely with your CPA or tax professional to make sure your books are accurate, organized, and tax-ready. If you don’t have a CPA, we can connect you with a trusted partner.

Do I still need a bookkeeper if I already have a CPA?

Can I adjust my services as my business grows?

No — your QuickBooks Online subscription is billed directly through Intuit. We’ll help you choose the right plan and make sure it’s set up correctly.

Can you migrate my data from QuickBooks Desktop?
